AGENT Quick Start Package:

- Refunds for the Quick Start package will be granted within 7 days of the initial purchase.

- To be eligible for a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reasons for the refund and providing evidence of dissatisfaction with the service.

- Refunds will not be issued if the client has already received and utilized any services included in the Quick Start package.

AGENCY Professional Package:

- Refunds for the Professional package will be considered within 14 days of the initial purchase.

- Clients must submit a refund request in writing, explaining the reasons for dissatisfaction and providing relevant evidence.

- Refunds may be subject to a prorated deduction based on the services already rendered or resources utilized within the Professional package.

Brokerage Premium Package:

Refunds for the Premium package will be evaluated within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Clients must submit a refund request in writing, outlining the reasons for dissatisfaction and providing supporting documentation.

Refunds for the Premium package may be subject to a prorated deduction to account for the extensive resources and personalized services provided.

General Refund Terms:

- All refund requests must be sent to our customer support team at [email protected] and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

- Your Marketing Team reserves the right to deny a refund request if the client fails to provide sufficient evidence of dissatisfaction or if the request is made after the specified refund period.

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Once a refund is processed, the client's access to the services included in the purchased package will be terminated.
